The 60-Minute DEEP CORE + Skipping Jump Rope FAT BURNING Workout For Weight Loss is a dynamic routine designed to maximize fat burning and strengthen your core. The workout starts with 2 minutes of continuous jumping, followed by four different exercises where you perform 30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. After completing these, you'll transition into the first deep core exercise with the same interval of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
This pattern repeats with another 2-minute jumping session. Each round includes six core exercises, and after completing these, you'll get a well-deserved 60-second rest. The sequence is repeated for two rounds, providing an intense yet manageable workout targeting fat loss and core strength.

    So I’ve been doing this exercise one day every week for two months and let me tell you… it is very hard! I sweat a lot! But I’ve lost belly fat and I’m looking amazing!!! I love it. And the bicycle crunches kill me.. but I’m getting there 😂

    I'm a beginner and I am planning to do 3 week challenge with this workout along with clean eating My current weight is 56 kg and i will update everyday Day 1 ✅ i only did 40 secs of work and 20 secs of break...most of the time i did basic jump lol

      Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth for the core however when I add in jump rope I know it becomes inhale through my mouth and exhale through my mouth. For the core exercises exhale when you are in extension.

    ... does Unit 27 have a beginners group? (the group in the video are already mostly super fit), or would you need to reach a minimum fitness level before attending?

      Yes the group that we filmed were super fit. Can I suggest that you contact Unit 27 as their timetable might have changed since we filmed this video. Their staff will be able direct you to which class is the best suited for you. There are always regressions that can be given for beginners to make it a safe training environment for you.
